Peachvyn Flow ("we", "us", "our") provides a workflow automation and transactional communication platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data with care, transparency, and the highest security standards.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, data generated by your use of our services, and limited technical information from your devices.
- Account data: name, business email, company, password (hashed), profile preferences.
- Workflow data: automation configurations, templates, triggers, and runtime logs you create.
- Customer data: recipient contact information you upload for transactional messaging — processed strictly under your instructions.
- Usage data: feature usage, device information, IP address, browser, and timestamps for security and analytics.
- Billing data: processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider — we never see full card numbers.
3. How we use data
We use your data to operate, secure, improve, and bill for the service; to deliver transactional notifications on your behalf; to communicate updates; and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing & disclosure
We never sell your data. We share data only with trusted sub-processors required to operate the service (hosting, email infrastructure, analytics) under strict data-processing agreements, or when required by law.
5. Data retention
Account data is retained while your workspace is active. On deletion, personal data is purged within 30 days from our production systems and within 90 days from encrypted backups, unless retention is required for legal compliance.
6. Security
We employ industry-standard safeguards: TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, network isolation, least-privilege access, full audit logs, optional SSO/2FA, and continuous security monitoring. We're SOC 2 Type II ready and undergo regular third-party penetration testing.
7. Your rights

8. International transfers
We may transfer data internationally with appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses, data residency options on Enterprise plans).
